Q What do you need to provide before a quotation?
If you already have a project design, please send it to us and our engineers will confirm the details. If you do not have a design, please provide us with detailed information (such as warehouse size, rack size, loading capacity, level specifications, etc.) and we will design a solution for you free of charge.
Q What are your trading and payment terms?
1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading, or L/C.
2. Lead time: Normally in 30-60 days after deposit received.
3. Shipping port: Qingdao, China.
4. Prices depend on final engineer designs and layout confirmations.
Q How can my goods be delivered?
1. Sea Freight: We will calculate and update sea freight options once we know your destination port.
2. Client-Designated Agent: Please provide the contact details of your shipping agent, and we will coordinate delivery with them.
