The first section is the belt conveyor belt pulling distance device: including 1.6m object conveyor, 1.6m conveyor pulling distance, camera bracket, camera, control box, PC system. The rear section is a linear sorting device: including a narrow band sorting machine and a material chute.
The sorting system consists of belt conveyor line, camera stand, camera reader, narrow band sorting machine, sorting frame (cage car), control system and WCS software.
1) Fuselage: The material thickness of the fuselage in the transmission part is 3mm, and there are cargo impact parts. The material thickness of the body is 3mm. The height of the bending slot is 100mm.
2) Support material: 40*40*2.0mm square pipe welding, welding polishing light, surface spray treatment.
3) Belt body support plate: 1.5mm steel plate integrated bending, the lower part welding with reinforcement, the height is greater than 50mm.
1) Vertical side machine: body quality thickness 3mm, through laser cutting precision, the error is controlled at 0.1mm.
2) Fuselage support plate: adopt 3mm steel plate integrated bending.
3) Frame material: 40*40*2.0mm square pipe welded, with doors and seals plate, weld polishing, surface spray treatment.
