90 degree linear sorting machine is a kind of intelligent sorting equipment which integrates code recognition, computer processing, database classification and automatic sorting. This equipment is used for automatic parcel sorting projects.
The first section is the belt conveyor belt pulling distance device: including 1.6m object conveyor, 1.6m conveyor pulling distance, camera bracket, camera, control box, pc system; The rear section is a linear sorting device: including a narrow band sorting machine and a material chute.
The sorting system consists of belt conveyor line, camera stand, camera reader, narrow band sorting machine, sorting frame (cage car), control system and WCS software.
1) Fuselage: The material thickness of the fuselage in the transmission part is 3mm, and there are cargo impact parts. The material thickness of the body is 3mm. The height of the bending slot is 100mm.
