Machine Description

The Genius Pro HSC series CNC press brake is based on the validated design of the Genius series. The Y1 and Y2 axis are feedback in real-time through advanced servo proportional valves and Linear encoders, ensuring high bending accuracy and stability. The high-precision back guage system with large stroke and 4-axis can achieve flexible bending dimensions and angles.

The machine automatically calculates pressure, protrusion, and unfolding dimensions based on the length and thickness of the workpiece. While continuing the excellent performance of the former, it is equipped with a more powerful CNC controller. The advanced 2D graphics programming function, automatic calculation, and step demonstration combined with the upgraded multi axis back gauge can handle more complex and irregular workpiece bending. 40T~500T and 4~20ft optional.

Machine Detail

Rigid Frame & Precision Control

The foundation of all GENUO press brakes is a solid, monoblock frame made from high-yield steel. We utilize CAE, ANSYS and SOLIDWORKS to analyze linear static construction, stress and deformation.

The closed-loop proportional control ensures reliability with German Bosch Rexroth integrated hydraulic systems, significantly reducing leakage problems. Linear encoder feedback allows deformation to be measured accurately and compensated, achieving micron-level accuracy.
